Designated Person and PMSC Auditing

Our consultants have practical experience in management of UK MCA Tiers 1, 2, and 3 pollution response operations, and are qualified to Executive Commander (IMO Level 3) and On Scene Commander (IMO Level 2) Oil Spill Response Centre operations, and MCA National Training Course Oil pollution contingency planning and response planning requirements.

Our port and terminal operations consultants have gained their credentials from practical ‘hands-on’ industry experience at both executive and operational levels. This experience has been developed and honed in order to provide the highest level of services that terminal and port operators should expect.

We provide Designated Persons who have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the Port Marine Safety Code Code and associated port and marine legislation, and in conjunction we will establish independent audit plans and undertake external auditing to ensure duty holders and management are fully  appraised and aware of their obligations and responsibilities. 

Our specialist skills also include the creation and auditing of Pollution Response Plans, the procurement, inspection delivery, and on-going operational auditing of purpose-built and adapted vessels and equipment.
