Orcades Marine Asia sent a member to support the Orcades Marine UK team in the field tests of a new sensor in the Shapinsay Sound and The String at the Orkney Islands, UK.
The field test consisted of a series of sea trials in a number of locations with progressively stronger tidal currents. The work was commissioned by Aquatera and executed together with their team, as well as Hydro Group and Leask Marine.
